How I Do It: Mouthsore Treatment

Getting mouthsore has been part of my life. Ever since I was young I get like small and big sizes of mouthsore and even anywhere in my mouth. There are a lot of reasons why it appears. My mom would tell me it is because I don't brush my teeth three times a day. Well, I admit I really don't brush my teeth that often. I am so lazy doing it. I also get mouthsore when I chew and my gums will be touched all of a sudden. Until now, I would still get mouthsore. 

I don't care about it before. I just wait for it be healed as time passes by like a week depending on the size of the mouthsore. However, during that time I can't eat poperly and even brushing my teeth. It also gives me low self-esteem. While waiting, it's really painful. You are really going to suffer. there's a reason why I would rather wait. It's because the I don't want to use the mouth sore solution because it is really painful. I use a certain mouthsore solution that is available in some of our drugstores here in my area. 

The instructions written is to "Wet a piece of cotton apply the affected area and let it stay for 20 seconds, then gargle it with water." That 20 seconds I could say the worst part of my life. My mom would force me to use this solution to heal it because it is really effective. It is also not that expensive. 

Even though that it is painful when applied, I chose to use it now because it really helps my suffering. I just need to be brave everytime I use it. After the application though, you can really feel change. The wound heals. 

The New 10 Peso Coin

In the Philippines before, we don't have a P10.00 coin. There are just the one peso and five peso Long with the cents. Until a new 10 peso coin was introduced. That was years back. Now, there's this new face of 10 peso coin. It has the same size with the old 10 one but the design is new. I noticed this when my boyfriend bought a food from a vendor and the change is this. This really amazed me. I am not sure when it was circulated but maybe for sometime now.

                      

If we try to differentiate the old 10 peso coin and the new one, in the old coin we could see two Philippine Heroes who are Apolinario Mabini and Andres Bonifacio. In the new coin, there is only Andres Bonifacio on it. At the back of the new coin you will see the quote "Dangal at Kabayanihan" wherein you will also see the signature if Andres Bonifacio.

Cosmo Skin Whitening Soap (Glutathione+Alpha Albutin+ClairBlanche+Papain)

I don't have a permanent soap for my face and body. I just pick whatever I feel I want to buy in the grocery store. So I can't can't really say if the product is effective or not. So I said to myself, I should stick to one soap only. And so I did. Last month When I went to Watson's in JY Square Mall in Cebu City I happened to see this Cosmo skin soap along with other soaps being sold. At first I was thinking I am going to buy what I used to buy but then I just said "Lemme try this" without a recommendation from any of the sales lady (because usually they encourage you to buy this because of blAh blah). 

I bought this Cosmo Skin Whitening Soap at Watson's for a price of P140.00. It is quite pricey. Isn't it? I took the risk. I bought this last month. For this month of April I already bought another one because I dont't have it anymore, I used my SM Advantage Card so I can earn points. Yes, you can use SM Advantage Card there. When I got home after work, I opened the box and I was surprised because the soap is inside the plastic. Sealed. But from there you can already smell something which is really okay unlike other soap that has a very strong smell that can irritate your nose. 

In my one month of usage, I can see and feel some changes. It worked for my face and body so far. My skin became lighter and smooth. It is true. I willl post pictures in my next post for this to show. I didn't take any glutathione yet. I am still saving and planning for it. Yes, because I want to achive something for myself. My mom also noticed the change. She wondered what soap I am using. This really helps. I don't have any pimples with this one. But we also need to take note that we should also eat healthy foods, take vitamins, don't expose your skin under the sun and enough rest combined with this soap. Because it would be nonsense if we just rely on the soap itself. 

Expensive, yet effective.

Belgian Chocolate Praline Temptations of the World A Must Try

I am an ice cream lover. I always ask from my mom to buy by an ice cream especially when my Father sends us money. I have not tasted all the flavors of ice cream in the world for financial reasons I can''t afford to buy  it yet on my own. So here I am, blogging this super delicious ice cream I have bought at the grocery. Introducing this Nestle Temptations of the World Belgian Chocolate Praline.

Actually, it was not me who really wanted to buy it. It was my boyfriend. I don't know but he has been craving for ice cream lately. Before this we bought an ice cream. He was the one who ate almost everything. FYI,  he was confined in the hospital because there was something wrong in his throat that he can't eat for how many days. He said that he drank Coca-Cola at nighttime and suddenly in the middle of the night his throat was really aching. 

So much with the story with what happened with my boyfriend, the ice cream was really delicious. It was far from the flavors of ice cream that I have already tasted. It has a swirl of white chocolate and milk chocolate ice cream chips and praline pieces made of chocolate-coated toffee bits. I just can't get enough with this ice cream. This is my first time to try this Temptations Flavors of the World by Nestle. This ice cream we bought an 800 ml for P199.00. It is a little bit pricey but it is worth you pocket. 

I will definitely try to buy the other flavors if I have money! :D
